Went for a used car pre purchase inspection. They were able to fit me in the same day with no hassle. 5 minutes after dropping the car off, I caught a red flag in the dealer's paperwork. I chose not to move forward with the car and offered the technician $50 for wasting their time. The man kindly refused my money, offered his take on the situation, and wished me luck. The tech who drove the car around the front was equally helpful and easy to talk to. While I can not attest to the quality of this shop's work, if it's even half as good as their customer service, it's a 10/10.

Tom was great at communicating with me through the whole repair process of my car. My car was towed there the night before and they had it fixed by noon. I was already impressed and then arrived and met Harley the office pup! She was the star of the show and was so friendly. Was a very great shop to work with and I didn’t feel pressured to make any unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be returning should my car act up again!

Brought my car in on Dec. 22 for an oil change. When I brought my car into another establishment for a check up, they proceeded to tell me that the plate guard covering up the oil drain was cut. So that means instead of removing the plate to do the oil change, Quality Auto has lazy techs who destroyed my car which is my property and cut through the plate to drain the oil. Totally unprofessional and disregard for peoples property. Don't go to Quality Auto!

Was quoted $379 to mount and balance 4 tires, BMW dealer quoted $199, Firestone $104. Have your car worked on elsewhere. These guys are not in touch with reality.
