⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience at Caliber Collision I dropped my car off lastThursday and had the pleasure of working with Scott as my technician. From the very beginning, he was extremely informative and patient. He never once hesitated to answer my questions, even when I asked the same things more than once. I truly appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was throughout the process. The only area that could use a little improvement is communication regarding pickup timing. I was told by the receptionist that I would receive a link or app notification to my phone, but I never received it. I do not believe that was Scott’s fault, but clearer communication on that end would have made the experience even smoother. Someone hit me on the turnpike during bad winter weather and I needed to have my car repaired. I have Progressive Insurance and this facility was the top choice for repairs. I was nervous to go with a business I knew nothing about, but hoped for the best. I ABSOLUTELY recommend taking your vehicle to this facility for body/car repairs. They were excellent. They gave updates multiple times per week and had my car back to me before the expected finish date. Travis answered all the questions I had. The other perk of this location is that Enterprise is across the road, so it was really easy to get my rental car and take it back when my car was done. (Enterprise drove over to Caliber to get me after I dropped my car off.) Don't hesitate to have repairs done here! You'll be glad you chose them!

This staff made a bad situation good. Communication was excellent. My rental car was seamless. I was pleasantly surprised they even cleaned the inside of my van. I would definitely recommend their services

We had car door repaired after vandalism. It's been a long time since i've had to do a car repair or bodywork through an insurance claim. Caliber was outstanding. Excellent communication, great work, attentive customer service. I highly recommend them. Thanks to their great team!
