Had another shop told me to take my mercedes to the dealer. I called Fastlane and they said "bring it on in". They had the vehicle fixed in a timely manner and very affordable! I can't thank them enough! Great work and people. They will always have a customer in me!!!

I called Joel and explained the issue with my vehicle and he asked me to bring it in within a couple hours of dropping it off he called with the problem and an estimate. He had my vehicle fixed the next day and for less than the original estimate because it did not take as long as it was supposed to. That kind of honesty and hard work cannot go unmentioned! Had a chain shop work on my car and I got an intermitent check engine light for over a week basically 10 miles after getting the car back from them and got the runaround when talking to their service advisor (I suspect they were using low quality parts or maybe installed them incorrectly, and I didn't trust that their warranty would be useful if they'd just install the same part or recommend more expensive repairs), but came here after a good recommendation and got a fast/professional diagnosis and installation. It had to do with my VVT solenoids. I've driven around for three days and 70+ miles in both stop-and-go traffic and on the highway and have not seen the light back on.
