Very happy with this location I wish more locations operated the way they did here. Julian, The general manager runs this place like if it was his own you can see the passion and his drive for customer service. The crew here is a lot friendlier than the Holland store and very helpful. They go the extra mile. The wash also is exceptional. They have powerful vacuums and complementary towels, as well as cleaning supplies. Definitely recommend when your ride is dirty to come here! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I needed a car wash after driving out of state for an event, and ModWash happened to be right near our hotel — I’m so glad we stopped there! When we pulled up to select our wash, our card didn’t go through. Almost immediately, a young gentleman named Julian came over to help us. Even after trying again, the card still wouldn’t process. Because of the inconvenience, Julian generously gave us a free car wash, which was already impressive customer service. What truly stood out was his professionalism and honesty. He even provided his phone number in case duplicate charges appeared on my credit card. Today, I contacted him to let him know the charges were still pending, and he answered right away. He reassured me that if the charges go through, he will personally make sure my card is credite

People are Nice but it doesn’t wash your whole vehicle. I have a truck it does not clean my tailgate or my quarter fenders or the rear bumper. The only problem I have other than that the rest of the truck looks great. Hopefully you fix soon or I’ll have to cancel my membership and go somewhere else
