My personal experience was 120%. I had to have my vehicle serviced here due to a next door neighbor garage fire. My first and main point of contact was Nicole D. In my opinion, she’s the best😊😊!!! Always kept us informed and answered all questions promptly. The body Tech and painter here are also top notch!! Patrick was the technician who assisted in serviced my vehicle. What I appreciate is his attentiveness to my concerns and the care and handling the process to ensure the best outcome. However, each representative was very professional and helpful from registration to the rental area as well

I had the most wonderful experience here. I just had bought a car and unfortunately before making my first payment hit a deer. Caliber collision not only updated me and kept me in the loop the WHOLE repair process, the front end of my car was severely destroyed and it only took them a couple weeks. Unfortunately due to manufacturing difficulties there was a part that had been apart of a bad batch ( which was not their fault). I’ve never had such dedication and great customer service experience when there was an error in the repair process. No matter what Caliber was going to get it taken care of. That’s hard to find. I had the unfortunate experience of bringing my truck here for an estimate in 2023, my parked car was hit while I was at the vet’s office inside with my pet and progressive (the other driver’s insurance) had me bring my truck in for estimate of damages. I decided to wait and see if my feelings about the experience changed with time but it was such a sour experience it needs to be shared. I would (and do) tell everyone to avoid this place.
