The team at Caliber Collision In Milpitas is the gold standard for customer service! The front desk and GM set a very professional tone, and the Service Advisor was exceptionally thorough and professional. I especially appreciated that they brought a technician to look at my car to ensure the initial assessment was 100% accurate to our satisfaction. They explained the repairs in detail and were patient with all my questions. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else but I am glad I came here to this location.

⭐️ 1 Star – I would give zero if I could I’ve had a horrible experience with this repair shop from start to finish. During the first repair, they mentioned they were trying to get my car back to me before the weekend. I wasn’t in a rush — I had a rental — so I don’t know why they felt the need to rush the job. And it showed. The paint came back with rock flakes, waves, and a completely uneven finish. When I arrived for the first pick-up, I pointed out the issues, and they had me wait about 10 minutes so they could “polish” the car. Even after that, it was still not done properly. I had no choice but to take the car over the weekend because I had already returned my rental. While I had the car, I noticed even more problems. My temperature display was completely wrong — it was 85–90°F out

Had a great experience here! Will was super friendly and responsive, and even pre-ordered the part that I needed without prepayment. The service team was super efficient and got the damage repaired within an afternoon, so I was able to pick up the car same day.

Excellent service! My four tires and wheels were stolen. I was referred to Caliber Collision Milpitas by my insurance company. I was impressed with the service from the advisor, Will. He was very informative and professional. He went above & beyond and walked me through all the possible options. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ask for Will! He's seriously the best, kept me informed the entire time and walked me through any bumps in the road (if a part was behind schedule or came damaged to no fault of their own!) And made sure I was always in the loop with my baby (my car)! Also, be patient with a collision repair place, they're doing the best they can as they wait for the parts to come in! My car looked better than it did even before my accident, and I'm in awe of their work!
