⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Caliber Collision! Someone backed into my passenger door and just drove off without taking responsibility — incredibly frustrating. Thankfully, I brought my car to Caliber Collision, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Anthony was the specialist who handled my repair process, and he was every bit the professional — informative, kind, and a true pleasure to work with from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout and made a frustrating situation feel manageable. When I got my car back, the door looked perfect — like it never happened! I wish all businesses operated this way. I recently had my Audi repaired here. To say they did a great job would be a complete understatement. It was so far beyond what I was expecting. Everything, from the friendliness of the lady who was working at the front desk, to the guy who contacted me, regularly might add, was nothing short of incredible. I was given an anticipated competition date and, that morning, they CALLED to let me know they were waiting on a bracket to arrive to hold the front license plate on (which we're not required to have one in Indiana). Something that small, that insignificant, but important enough to them to call and let me know about it. I was so blown away by the level of care they put into little details like that. Very high quality work. Great communication, friendly and knowledgeable. From the lady who worked up front to all the guys in the back, fantastic experience. I really wish they did more than just body repair. I would take my car there for everything.

I absolutely loved the quality of work I received. What meant so much to me was the every day feedback of letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. I’m totally satisfied and happy with the customer service and the actual finished work. 10/10
