Caliber Collision

Hands down the best repair shop. They were communicative every day with updates and tracking process. My car looks amazing . I will be referring all friends & family and if I ever need more repair will definitely be coming to Caliber. I brought my car to this Caliber facility after my insurance company recommended them due to bumper damage. This particular Caliber unfortunately was not able to complete the repair well after having my vehicle for two weeks. They are decent at communicating but awful at handling the issues brought by a customer because I took it to a different caliber collision and they were not only able to handle the issues and understand the concerns I had but they were also extremely professional and knowledgeable which was something I did not receive from this center. This Caliber repaired my car with flaws so I had to move to a sister location for my sanity where I am now being handheld with professionalism and promptness! Repairs were great, but where they really shine is in customer service. They went out of their way it seemed to keep me informed and updated. Best I have seen in almost any industry. Cannot recommend them enough. 10/10

They did a good job with repairing my vehicle & I providing exceptional customer service even having my rental pickup & dropped off at their location. I was given updates throughout the repair process.

My car had a slight damage to the bumper due to a right front collision, and a large gap between the right side of the chassis cover and the body made it impossible to close (the gap was big enough to fit a finger). The insurance company recommended Caliber Collison to me. My wife and I repeatedly confirmed to the repairman that our biggest concern was the gap that caused the chassis cover to be unable to close. The repairman assured me that it would be completely repaired as long as the car was handed over to Caliber Collison. When I picked up the car, I found that the bumper was only replaced, but the gap problem was not solved at all. The repairman said at first that he could try to adjust it, and then told me that it could not be done, which was his final solution. I was worried that s
