Excellent experience at this location! I brought my vehicle in for repairs on the rear panel for paint and trim. Received a quote quickly, which was routed through my insurance company without any issues. The shop manager, Ed, provided great customer service in assuring me that all parts would be ordered and received by the shop before scheduling my appointment time in order to minimize the days I would be without my vehicle. I brought the vehicle in on a Tuesday, and original lead time was 1 week. I received regular text messages on the status of my repairs. This place really surprised me. We heard some things around town that people used to not like it, but I went to a few places to get quotes. The girl I met said the new manager really turned it around and I liked what I saw. I ended up going with them just because they're close to my work and the people were so nice. I'm glad I did. Truck looks great. In the end, my buddy came with me and paid them to redo some things on his SUV another body shop didn't do great. Honestly they didn't even really charge him much and it looks a whole lot better. Positive all around.

Highly recommend caliber for all your collision needs. They were very informative about my vehicle letting me know when it was almost finish, when it went into paint and when it was drying. Very pleased with the finish product you can’t even tell my vehicle was damaged.
