Caliber Collision

2 months ago I was in an accident, and I went to Caliber Collision for the repairs. From the very beginning, they were awesome! I went in to make an appointment for an estimate, and within a few days they not only had me in for the estimate, but they got the repairs started. Adam kept me up to date during the entire process. But unfortunately after they got started, they realized that the damage was worse than we originally thought, and the car was deemed a total loss. They did not rush me to come clean my car out, and they let me know I did not have to rush because they knew I had a lot going on. They did everything they could to help me. Ive used Caliber Collision before, and they were good but I had to wait a long time for them to do the work while my car was in their shop. This time I asked Caliber Collision in North Wales to take their time making an assessment but then to give me a definitive date for the completion of the work. The general manager said they don’t do business that way and refused to accept me as a customer. I had taken time off of work to drop my car off and had arranged for a rental car to meet me. Once the general manager of Calliber Collision had refused to work on my car, l had to rebook and reorganize things and then take my car into another business for service.

I recently needed to have a repair done and Caliber is preferred by my insurance. The guys at this location made what would typically have been an unpleasant experience entirely painless. First, there was some strange traffic issue just outside the parking lot that made me miss the turn off when taking my car for the initial consultation. I parked in the next door gas station lot and when in the building to explain my plight. The guys there were so nice, and one walked over to the gas station with me to do the consultation there so that I didn’t have to maneuver back through traffic and come all the way around again. After that, scheduling was quick and easy. Drop off was convenient. Adam kept in communication the entire time, and Keith did a fantastic job on my car. I would say it looked
