Caliber Collision

I was so impressed by Caliber Collision. From start to finish they were so professional and informative about updating me on my vehicles status. They completed my vehicle almost a week early! Texted me daily status updates on where my car was in the repair process. They also cleaned my entire vehicle inside and outside. I will definitely be using this location for all my future repairs.

I had repairs done at thier Pewaukee WI location and it was such a fantastic experience. They kept in touch and got it finished way early. I will attest when you are in a tough situation and needs repairs, these are to people you want to be taking care of you. The amazing customer service was greatly appreciated. Thanks

From the minute walked in and was greeted with a smile from Deb, I knew it was gonna be a great experience! Scott graciously looked at my car over and made sure that there was nothing going to be missed prior to doing the work. Ken the general manager kept me informed through throughout the whole process! This is the second time I brought my vehicle here for work after an accident. My first visit was phenomenal! My second visit left a lot to be desired. First off, there was this kind of overspray all over my dash, all over my infotainment center, all over my seats, steering wheel spedometer cluster, etc.... and my car reeked of paint! After contacting them about this, I also contacted my insurance company since this was a claim. They told me to bring my car back in so they could right their wrongs. I humbly obliged since I found this unacceptable on the first place. I did drop my car off early in the morning on a Friday.
