I have a 2014 Nissan Altima and recently purchased a serpentine belt and downstream O2 sensor myself. Since the O2 sensor was badly corroded and I couldn’t remove it, I approached Lake Country Auto for help. They informed me they could install customer supplied parts, aftermarket parts, but there would be no warranty, which I was fine with. I booked an appointment to drop off the vehicle before 9 AM, and by 10:30 AM, I received a call that my car was ready! Labor charges were $187 for the serpentine belt replacement and $150 for the O2 sensor replacement. Clean work, fast, professional, and honest service. This is the best shop in the Milwaukee area. Highly recommended!

I have been working with Andy for 20+ years on all my cars. He is always honest and very fair on the fix. He suggests items that might need attention a head of time so you can prepare for the next visit. The staff is very nice and they listen to you, so they can understand what your challenge may be. As you become a longer term customer, it even becomes easier as they know what is happening with your vehicle and can perform preventative care which ends up saving you money. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone that likes to keep your vehicle running for its longest life.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a slight leak in my driver side tire for a couple weeks. I thought it might just be the cold weather, but every time I filled the tire up, the pressure went down the next day. I made an appointment at Lake Country Auto Care, they took a look at it right away and within 20 minutes they fixed the issue with a plug and I was on my way. Thank you so much!

I brought my car in for a check engine light issue earlier in the year. I told them three times (when making the appointment, when dropping it off, and directly to the mechanic when he called with the diagnostics) that I was only interested in fixing the issue causing the check engine light to be on. I had read the code myself before I brought it in, so I knew what the code was. They did correctly diagnose the issue, which I appreciated. But, then they quoted me $2,400 worth of work that included oil leaks and other issues not related to the code. They told me specifically that all of that was the check engine light issue.
