Tsunami Express Car Wash

Before heading to this car wash location because I usually go to a self-serve car wash. I made sure that the clearance and the width of my vehicle was complimentary to this specific location. They specifically say no tires larger than 13 in wide. My tires are smaller than that and clearance height is under there clearance bar by a good amount. There was no snow or ice build up under or on the side of the terminal to pay either. I roll up to pay for the car wash and confirm the clearance is good. Then I speak directly to the one car wash attendant. I specifically ask do you have the rubber tracks on both sides and the wide mats. The car wash attendant confirmed that they just got upgraded and that my vehicle will be just fine. That car attendant walked in as I drove around after paying fo

Decent car wash. They NEVER have any towels to dry your vehicle. Or any products to clean the inside. I was charged two or three times by Take5, even though they no longer owned this car wash. The “manager” claimed he canceled the service, but he lied to me.

I stopped at Tsunami for a basic car wash. The attendant told me they were running a special and I could get a one month membership for the price of a single wash, $10. I signed up on a hand held pad he had, was not given a receipt or any information. I later learned I was signed up for a membership that will renew at twice the price. And the final straw when I checked my credit card statement today, they charged me $19.99, so I didn't even get the benefit of this supposed special. I will be contesting the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB.

Update: So someone called and left a message that they were the manager and he wanted me to send pictures of the damage done to my car and said send to the number he called from instead of leaving a number. I sent the pictures to a number using time of call and message time and I have heard nothing since! Really bad service will not return! My car was damaged by this car wash. The brushes pulled the molding off the side of my car as well as put deep gouges in my paint job. I reported what happened and have yet to be contacted back by anyone. I've left several messages at the site as well as with the franchise online who promises to get me in touch with the owner. I've been trying to get hold of someone for over a month. Super clean car was. They have the best vacuums and offer rags and cleaners for your interior and windows. Car looks great
