Caliber Collision

I had front end damage to my 2025 Buick envista from debris falling off a work truck in front of my car on the highway. My insurance sent my information to caliber and they contacted me to set up an estimate pretty quickly. I was able to get my car back in for service within the week. The technician, Zach, was very friendly and upfront about possible delays with GM parts for my car. It ended up not being an issue, but I really appreciated the heads up so I was prepared. I liked that they work with enterprise for rentals to be picked up there. It made the whole process seamless. They texted me with updates the whole time and They ended up getting my car finished a few days ahead of the estimated date and I was able to pick it up right away and leave the rental there with them for enterprise

I don't feel that this is an honest business. I took my car in for an estimate and repair and when I retrieved it upon completion of repairs, not all damages were addressed. My passenger door was still catching on the wheel well and making a loud popping noise when opened. And paint chips on one side of my vehicle also were not addressed. They fixed the door when I brought it up but not the paint. They then called my insurer and told them they didn't think the damage was sustained in my accident when it was. This place tried to make me feel like I was a liar and a criminal when I just wanted the damage from my car accident to be fixed. We have to remember that when shops are "preferred" technicians for an insurance company, their interests lie with the insurer, not you. They will be lookin

Chris was super helpful. He was able to fix my issues quick and easy without an hassle. Also received awesome body work a few months ago on my sons' car. Transparent communication throughout the process!!

The best customer service experience I had in a very long time! Reception was very receptive and instead of turning me away, (not a collision issue)they offered to help me instead! Chris went above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful! Thank you caliber collision for a customer first experience!

Had a great experience with Caliber. Chris and the entire team worked with me and help us find the best resolution with our car. I hope I don’t have this issue again, but if I do, I plan to reach out to the folks at Caliber.
