Zoom Express Car Wash

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! I went to wash my car and came out with the most scratches on my vehicle. One of the workers named Chris told me to fill out a form! He said that when reviewing the camera’s it looked like that the wash DID in fact cause the scratches on my vehicle. He told me that he has to send it to corporate to see how much they will cover to get the scratches out. Then the same guy, called me not even a week later saying the exact opposite! He told me that it does not look like the wash caused the scratches and said they are not liable. I will be contacting corporate but please do not wash your car here!

Everyone is always so polite and professional here! My fav car wash by far. Alijah assisted me as I came to get my normal wash and made my experience very pleasant by saying hello and offering me a new fresher and towel. Thanks E Broad Z crew :)

This car wash is one of the best car washes I have ever been to. A young man named Alijah was helping me today , very respectful and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this location!!

Zoom Express Car Wash is the best place to wash your car in this area. I’ve tried Moo Moo and it doesn’t clean as well as Zoom.the price is great your in and out very quick. The customer service there is amazing too everyone was so nice. Someone named Sofonias helped me sign up for a fast pas. He convinced me that I would be saving a lot more with the fast pass than a normal wash. His selling skills were very good. I highly recommend this wash. Kenneth has also been someone I’ve been helped by he was really helpful before I bought a fast pass from Sofonias Kenneth let me know all the differences between the normal washes and helped me pick the best one to go with he was really helpful. Chris also when I was at the vacuums checked my vacuum and made sure it was working properly.
