Great company! awesome customer service they really care about you and pay attention to your needs and not just focus on making money. My husband and I hands down give it 5 stars.

Never got the Warranty I was offered as part of our deal which was in writing, after I purchased the vehicle I received a letter in the mail saying the payment was never made on his behalf and therefore it was voided, never heard back from him either even though I tried to reach out, always promised but never actually delivered. Took months to get my truck into an actual Ford Dealership to fix issues found before purchasing, this was also in writing but I basically paid for a lemon to sit on my front porche without being able to use it.

The process was truly seamless from the moment I stepped on the lot! Mr. Sims was kind, courteous, and didn’t beat around the bush! I told him about some bumps in my credit history and he assured me not to worry and that he could get me into a reliable car. He did that and so much more as he was able to get me a monthly note that fit my budget. I’m in love with the car and this dealership. Will definitely be referring all my friends.

I would rate this car lot a 0 if I could I don’t know if the reviews given was from when maybe they was doing much better but it has been 2 months I been waiting on CJ find me a car and I have paid him 2 months ago down payment for a Malibu he never had.
