they did a great job at fixing my car. it was brand new and i unfortunately hit a deer, they got me in right away and kept me informed the whole time. both the drop off and pick up process was very easy. i was a little worried about the paint because i have a color you don’t see very often but they did amazing!
The Caliber Collision Team was wonderful! From the time I walked in until I drove off, I was welcomed, informed and well taken care of! Kristy kept me update through the entire process. Great service, got it back early even! Kristy was very good at communicating consistently and keeping in touch throughout the process. Easy and quick to work with my insurance.
I had to take my vehicle in for repair from a rock (or other object) that hit the front of my hood/grill, etc. The communication was excellent and I was kept informed of each step of the process. They worked with my insurance company and rental car agency so it is a complete "one stop shop". I am highly satisfied with the quality of work and excellent customer service!
Absolutely STELLAR team. From start to finish. Truly a kind and compassionate team who listened to my wants and needs and restored my vehicle beyond my wildest dreams. Communication from Rob during the process was top notch and Julie was so welcoming and kind. The paint job matched so perfectly with the complex color of my truck. The paint and body team did AMAZING. And they detailed it. So thankful. Would 1000% recommend them again.
