This International dealer is the best in the area. There is another International franchise that's closer and more convenient to me, but it's worth the drive to go to NCI. I'm not just a number there, I mean something to them as a customer. Service is outstanding. Tyler in Service is great to deal with.

I notice the front parking lot has a variety of colorful semi trucks. Since it’s June now, it’d be so wonderful if the trucks were ordered in a rainbow order of colors ♡ woot woot, support for all truckers, but especially queer truckers! ♡

This is where you need to be. This place is great. We've got 1 truck in particular that is a really big pain to get serviced and they handled it like a champ. I don't know what else to say. Great communication, very upfront about everything. I've had awful experiences at other Big Name truck service locations. We have 3 trucks in our fleet and get treated like we've been coming there for years. An absolutely amazing team. I will not take out trucks anywhere else. Fantastic work.

At best, this shop is staffed with well meaning but confused people. At worst, I am concerned that they wanted to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and need for help. They quoted me 5K+ to replace parts that either a) are neither present nor required on my vehicle or b) do not require replacement (per inspection by 3 other shops). I am not saying they don't have good points - I have learned so much after my experience with them - but I would not blindly take their suggestions without a second opinion or knowledge to verify their findings.
