Unfortunately my experience with TGK automotive wasn’t as good as others. First I reached out to have a car that had not been running for 3-4 years worked on, the car was arranged to be towed with TGK handling the logistics on Tuesday. This didn’t happen, I reached out Friday and somehow it didn’t get logged. They were quick to get it towed in Friday after the call which was appreciated. Monday afternoon I get a call from Mike stating the car was too gross from mice infiltration for his tech to work on and that the car would need to be detailed first. This was mentioned by me upfront that there was mice issues. They were able to offer zero help getting the car detailed, I found a mobile detailer and had him lined up to clean the interior and then I get another phone call from Mike stat

Great service fair prices they matched coupons from a competitor! They got me right in and completed the brakes and oil change in a few hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Very pleased with the total price and knowledgeable staff.

Jeremy and the team at TGK always get my car repairs done at an honest price and back up their work. They are always willing to work with me as far as scheduling and repairs go. It’s rare to find an auto repair shop these days that is honest and transparent. TGK Rogers checks all the boxes. Recommend to all my friends and family!

Price gougers. Went in for blown brake line - took two hours to ‘diagnose’ (probably to justify a $230 diagnostic fee), tried to sell me on a $500 caliper bracket because of a seized bolt. Told me it would take maybe 2 more hours to get the bolt out - I brought it home myself and got it out in 5 minutes, picked up new bolts for $15, and told them to put it back together. Talked to the manager and called corporate to express my issue with how it played out. They don’t care. Will never bring my car back there, and would urge others to avoid as well if you don’t want to be conned into crazy charges like this.

Greeted by friendly Mike Strand. Services took about 1 hour. Everything went well. I was informed correctly about upcoming service needs. Plus, one filter needs replacing because it is very dirty. Will need to catch that next time. Keep up the great work, guys!
