Caliber Collision

A chunk of ice flew off a semi truck and hit the front of my grill. The whole process with Robert was very easy and Pamela was super helpful as well keeping me posted and answering the questions I had. My car was ready a week after I dropped it off. It looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. I wasn’t even aware they were going to detail and clean it! I highly recommend this location.

I have had 2 experiences with Caliber Collision and was extremely satisfied both times. From customer service to communication and quality work, they exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was ready a week before promised and had been completely detailed inside and out in addition to the repair work. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. It is also very convenient that Enterprise Car Rental is right next door.

Did an insurance repair , good repair. Was in network for my insurance company and was told they would arrange a rental from enterprise that’s in the same building. Got there to drop my car off and no rental arranged, they don’t do that, luckily enterprise had one for me. Then they didn’t update my insurance with the pickup date so enterprise tried to bill me $1400 for the rental, which I fixed but time I shouldn’t have had to spend.

Only gave 2 stars because the front desk employees were so friendly. The time it took to complete repair was a week later than estimated which isn't horrible but because there was an oversight to get a part that is instrumental to the repair isn't okay. I had a front bumper replaced due to a deer collision. It was really minor and trusted the suggestion of my insurance agent to get my repair done at Caliber Collision.

This is our second time taking a vehicle to Caliber. Unfortunatel this time our car was re ended and there was damage to the bumper and areas under the car that were not visable. The shop inspected the car to locate any possible damages on parts that needed to be repaired or replaced. We were provided updates throughout our repair process. When the vehicle was complete, you could not even tell there was any damage and the paint matched perfectly (the color of the car is unique). Thank you for the great job!
