I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision and especially with Service Advisor Michael. From start to finish, Michael provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the repair process. He explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and ensured my vehicle was going to be repaired properly and on time. His communication and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the team. I had a damaged front grill, AC condenser and radiator and the results were very unsatisfactory. I had requested that OEM parts be used and my service advisor stated that the estimate included OEM parts. I also had pre-paid deductible for the OEM parts to be ordered. In the end, I was lied to and aftermarket parts were ordered and used. The aftermarket condenser which is visible through the front grill, is silver ( not OEM black) and has changed the original appearance of my car. After expressing concern, with the service advisor boldly said that “they take their direction from the insurance company, not the customer, and they are required to install aftermarket parts”, even though the initial estimate included OEM parts. They did a nice job with the repair and the work is beautiful. It took longer than expected because they had to wait for parts. However, the color match is dead-on. Great, patient customer service, even when I lost it several times. I'm just glad she6home!

Annette, Patricia, body/paint staff were friendly and professional. They were very attentive to my needs. Caliber Collison did a beautiful job repairing "baby". I was kept informed throughout the repair process. Notified me when anything changed even the early completion date and pickup. Since moving to Texas I've found that most dealerships and businesses in general are lacking in customer service, You are the exception.
