The technicians worked efficiently on my car, and I felt great when I drove it out. They also provided me with an inspection report that explained the importance of the maintenance and how it contributes to my car’s smooth operation. The report included pricing information to help me make an informed decision, and I didn’t feel pressured at all. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Justin handled my appointment, and Beth greeted me upon my arrival, making me feel welcomed and as if I had made the perfect choice to come here. Overall, I’m delighted with the service I received and will definitely return.

I was stationed here from 2019–2022, and during that time my late husband and I trusted this shop to service my 2017 Focus RS. Life took me to South Florida, and now I’ve found my way back to Texas. They sent a customer link so I could track what was happening with my car, ran a complete diagnostic, and provided a detailed report. My car was finished within about three hours, with no unrealistic expectations or surprises. The facility is very clean and well-kept, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. This was a very pleasant experience for me! I was in an important meeting/training for the day and did not have access to my phone. My wife was having car issues and couldn’t reach me. James took great care of her for me! On my break I was able to return to my phone and see what had happened, but James had already had everything taken care of for her. I felt very relieved that he was so patient and informative with her. Before I even got out of my training, I had to report in my email and James got started on the work right away. I will continue to use the shop for all future repairs and maintenance. Thank you, James you are truly appreciated.
