Caliber Collision

First and foremost, my car was with them for 44 days when the repair was supposed to take only 28 days (which was already a long time). Furthermore, during pickup, I noticed they didn't fix the windshield washer system and my brakes were messed. When I brake it makes a very loud noise which never was the case before I dropped off my vehicle. I went back they fixed the windshield washer system but didn't fix the brakes, talking about reaching out to my insurance first for approval which doesn't make sense at all to me. I was just over it so I left without arguing or anything like that.

We were traveling from Texas and hit a deer. Our insurance arranged the tow and shop repair with caliber. We were very satisfied with the work that was done and the excellent communication. Harrison and his team went above and beyond to investigate all our concerns and correct them! When we returned from Texas to pick up our vehicle, everything was ready and they even arranged a place for us to get our oil changed for our long trip back.

The customer service was really nice and they did a great job fixing my vehicle and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Can’t comment of their ability because they wouldn’t give us an estimate without making an appointment, despite us already being on site. We stopped in while running an errand and they literally wouldn’t help us without scheduling something because they would have to “go get their camera and take pictures”

Couldn’t ask for better people for body work. Plus they went out of their way to help me with a mechanical issue I had. Great service!
