I was so sad when I had an accident with our 2005 Chevy Impala. Despite it being an old car, it was always reliable--even with 212,000 miles. Ken was truly a miracle worker in repairing the badly crimped hood and had it for us in two days. He found a matching hood with very minimal damage and gave us an incredibly good deal in terms of repair cost. We can tell he takes pride in his work, even giving us a tour of his facility. We will definitely spread the word that Caliber Collision is the place to go with auto repairs!

Ken and his team at Caliber Collision treat people with respect and care! Tammy was kind and took time to make sure our belongings were taken care of. They understand dealing with your vehicle can be emotional. All of the work that had to be done was clearly explained and different options were provided. The behind the scene employees can be trusted. Our vehicle looks fantastic! The cost was fair and we left feeling like we received an excellent deal and superior service! Communication could be better on their end, told them if they take the tanneau cover off don’t put it back on cause people don’t care to do it right and of course they put it on wrong with missing parts, as-well as additional parts that broke that they didn’t advise me just put it in the back. They replaced my SHATTERED rear windshield and didn’t bother cleaning up any glass anywhere inside or out, Even tho I was quoted for it and bando dust everywhere inside my vehicle. Had to pick it up after hours so I told them leave it in the front hood inside because I have a spare and they left the hood open like bro? Close the dam thing. Although their work was good the details matter to me as a customer. Will not be back.
