I had a plastic flap loose underneath my car and I took it to CC in Stillwater. Even though they had nothing to do with the hanging flap they fixed it at no charge. This was after I had some work done 12 month prior and had a great experience at that time. Matthew Bebel (Svc Mgr) seems like a decent dude.

I have had quite a few experiences with body shops over the years. I can say without hesitation that this was my best experience. The communication throughout the process was so appreciated. Caliber repaired minor front clip damage on my Equinox after a car vs deer shortly before Christmas. The appointment was super easy to make, they got me in quickly and were informative and helpful. Once they had my car they kept me updated and even finished it 4 days before the estimated completion date. I’m very impressed with their work, it looks like new again and they handled everything with the insurance company and even returned my rental car for me. I would use them again in a heartbeat (tho I hope I don’t need to) and would recommend Caliber in Stillwater to everyone I know!

The team at your Stillwater, MN location, including Matthew and Tammy did an outstanding job of processing and completing repairs on my 2021 Ford Super Duty. Excellent communication by Matthew kept me updated on the progress of the neccessary repairs. and additional damage that was identified. Repairs were completed in a very timely manner, along with my vehicle returned exceptionally clean inside and out.
