I don’t normally write reviews, but this place deserves one! I was rear ended on a Monday two weeks ago. I called on Wednesday and spoke with Kat, she was amazing throughout the entire process(great communication). Matt was great as well! He helped with the initial assessment and gave some options for repair. I brought my car in that Friday and got it back same day(not a lot of damage). They made a headache of a situation so easy. Highly recommend!

After researching with mixed results of possible candidates to not only repair, but entirely repaint and recondition the body of my grandfather's car, I found Matt at Stillwater Collision & Restoration. I just wanna say this place is amazing. We traveled from Texas to Minnesota in our Class A Winnebago motor home and the engine driven air conditioner stopped working. Needless to say, while driving it was HOT inside the RV. When we finally arrived in Stillwater, I tried calling numerous repair shops advertising air conditioner repair. Unfortunately, as soon as they hear the AC was in an RV they ALL said they don’t work on RV’s. Fortunately my son recommended Matt Hall, owner of Stillwater Collision & Mechanical. Matt said he would look at the AC and if it was simple he would fix it. It turned out the repair was not simple. The AC condenser had a large leak. Very pleased with the service I received here. My car was hit while parked, and it was all cosmetic, but the shop went above and beyond making sure my car was OK. Additionally, they improved upon a repair done by another shop that didn’t do so great of a job. They did this without asking, and free of charge. Also, they cleaned the exterior of my car! I pulled up to the lot seeing my car in the same condition it was in when it was new. Matt explained every process very thoroughly which I appreciate, since a lot of places try to fool young people. Oil change prices and general repair prices are very fair.

Zero stars. Let my Dad's pickup sit outside for weeks with water leaking in through the back window. Only to find the glass just needed to be popped back in. Poor communication. If you want something done right do it your self.
