Beautiful place to sit and wait for my oil change. Bathroom and sitting area are impeccably clean. Staff were perfectly polite and attentive. Very nicely decorated, fun element of decor and movie playing for customers, along with snacks and beverages of many choices. I had to send my brothers multiple photos because I was so impressed! Merry Christmas!

I was in and out in under three hours for an alternator and serpentine belt replacement — even without an appointment. They provided a courtesy car while my vehicle was being serviced, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient. From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed. When my "check engine" light came on I called Maplewood Toyota to get my car in. They couldn't get me in for 3 days so I looked for other Toyota repair options. I called Rick's 36 and they were able to get me in the next day. I took my car in at 9 AM and they had it completed be 2:30 PM after diagnosing the problem, fixing that, and doing some general maintenance. The waiting area wasn't large but there was coffee, water, and snacks available. Everyone that I had contact with was great!! Next time I need anything done on my car, I now have a place to take it that I feel is trustworthy!

Great customer service at Ricks36 - friendly staff and reasonable prices. Not pushy with service sales (instead leaves recommendations from inspection). They even took me as a walk-in on a week when temps were dipping to extreme negatives; my tire pressure was very low and the gas stations I had visited had malfunctioning Air Pumps or valves had been removed altogether. They reacted with care and promptly fit in my quick tire check.

Very thorough and FAST service! If we hear any noise on any of our vehicles, this is the FIRST shop that we bring it to! Being handicapped i'm always at the mercy of the shops schedule..( which I understand completely) but with any vehicle we've brought here, we're back on the road The same day, if not next day! ( Which is usually our fault for not picking it up the day before!) So anyone looking for fast, friendly, and affordable service I would look no other place!
