Caliber Collision

There was nothing about the circumstance that led me to Caliber that was positive HOWEVER Andrew and Christine and the other person at the front were ALWAYs so helpful and made getting our vehicle repaired as well as returning the rental, as smooth as could have been expected. I'd be proud to rely on these folks if I were the proprietor of such a business AND appreciate their help and generosity of spirit. I do hope never to NEED to rely on you all again, in the most positive way. best

I always had a positive experience. I've taken 2 cars there for repairs that were involved I collisions. I brought in a car that they just fixed and had the car stolen. There were slight damage, both bumpers, hood and grill. They refused service and said they don't fix cars that were stolen. My insurance company said that was news to them and they never heard of such a thing before. I called a new shop and explained to them what caliber said and were just as confused. So if your car was stolen and there's damage don't take it here because they'll just reject you. I'll never take my vehicle here for anything again.

I had a great experience after a small accident. They were easy to reach, sent me multiple text updates throughout the process, and even cleaned the inside of car before returning. They worked closely with enterprise for the rental..and met me at the collision center for both the pick up and drop off. It was a seamless process, they made a stressful process as simple as possible.

I would recommend this was a big Job it doesn’t look like I had an accident at. I wanna thank Melissa and her manager in the Troy location for going above and beyond.

The dis an outstanding job. Everyone I spoke with from the very beginning to the very end. We're incredibly kind and helpful. They took care of my every need. My car was done well and they completed it early. I would highly recommend the shop to others.
