I do not recommend using Calliber Collision if you are looking to get honesty and trust worthy service. I took my van in for a scratch on the side. They quoted me 2500 which I agreed to. The day after they had my car they called me and said they broke all my car parts so my new quote is 5k. OK so what if I don’t have 5k? No one disclosed a high end or a low end of the service. They never asked me what my limit for repair was. How do I afford a double in rate?? That is absurd! It took me two angry conversations to get my price reduced to 3k. During those conversations both times the people I dealt with acted like I was the one who was on the wrong like I should’ve expected my quote to be doubled! Literally insane way to treat a customer.
