One of our cars had some body work done at this shop. Everything was completed sooner than expected and when we got the car back, it looked like new and they even detailed the interior of the vehicle. Interior is spotless. I received text messages giving me status updates so I wasn't left guessing what was going on. Excellent experience. Thanks for the quick work and taking great care of our car.
My husband sent his truck to Caliber through an insurance claim. They did a fantastic job and the staff was amazing. They even detailed his truck beautifully, smelled like it was a new truck. Caliber Collision in Wayne PA is an unsatisfactory business. From length of repair time, to customer service, to repair satisfaction, all of these services were far below par. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company. It seems to be a conglomerate that is only interested in your money and not your actual satisfaction. There have been far too many problems with the service completion of my vehicle to list. Also, it seems that they only have perfect reviews on google and yelp. This can’t be the case, and they must be manipulating their reviews.
Car was sideswiped while parked. My insurance has a relationship with Caliber and my repair was through the Wayne PA location. Adrian was great. Excellent communication and service. High-quality work and it was completed earlier than estimated. Recommend 100%.
My experience with caliber was an extremely detailed and thorough. I needed rear bumper repair and everything was explained to me for what needed to be done and fixed in a timely manner The techs and employees were all very friendly as well .. thanks Caliber team !!!
