I took a 2004 Toyota rav4 in for diagnostics paid 90 something dollars for that, they told me I just had air in the system, but I still kept leaking, using 1 gallon a day. Took it to performance auto care paid 55$ for diagnostics and come to find out I have a blown headgasket and a failing radiator. I don’t suggest them. Go to performance.

Had spark plugs and coil go bad on Saturday. Only one guy working and he worked me In the schedule. He was busy but got the job done to perfection!

Call one nobody answers. Call 2 someone picks up. I say( how are you doing today they hang up) Call 3 nobody answers. Day 2 call 1 nobody answers, call 2 pick up someone picks up. I stated the issue and 20 things I replaced but still have the issue. They deny me as they dont have obd1 for 95 vehicle. You would think a list of things replaced would help make things easier to pinpoint for a professional. No they see it as more of a task some how. Basically they didnt care. Not professional, not mechanics, just every day Joe's with a shop and a scan tool you can buy at O'Reilly parts.

I almost never leave reviews for anything on any site, but feel I must do so here to respond to a grave injustice. Cherry Kelly's review is either mistakenly talking about some other shop or is totally bogus, malicious, and unconscionable. Her review doesn't even come close to describing this shop, the people, and their work ethic. I have never EVER seen them behave any where near like she described. We have taken all of our vehicles to them for many years and will continue to do so. They have always done excellent work on our several vehicles, explained clearly the work that needs to be done (or not done) and treated us in a very professional and kind way. They have often gone out of their way to accommodate any scheduling challenges we had and have personally given us courtesy rides

Adam is awesome. He fought tooth and nail with my warranty company for an engine replacement on my Kia soul. He is always friendly, even under the frustrations he's gone through with myself, warranty company, and my dealership. Him and his crew got the job done as fast as they could. 10/10 will recommend this car shop to anyone.
