California Car Wash

Paid for the most expensive monthly wash available and it did nothing. And I went two times thru it - once thru the soft wash and once thru a touchless. The soft wash put tons of scratches on this brand new car - garbage car wash. Good luck

Great car wash and my car came out pretty clean, better than I thought. I also give 5 stars because I misread the driving directions on the sign and pulled out to soon and still had soap on my car (completely MY mistake). However, I believe it was the owner or an employee not sure, but he came over to assist me, and had me run my car back through for a free wash since I accidentally left early with soap on my car, again that was MY fault.

Well maintained, the self service and auto no-touch work well. The price of the self service is very reasonable and you get a decent amount of time. The auto no-touch price is competitive and is my favorite automatic car wash in southern Maryland.

Zero stars! Wash sucks. Customer service sucks!!! Too many bad experiences. Here’s today’s! Went through the wash on a Sunday, the cycle didn’t complete, dryer never came on, drove back around and scanned my wash pass twice. Went to the Help menu on the app. Texting doesn’t work, calling doesn’t work, emailing doesn’t work. Wash pass is a total scam without Customer Service. All the help services in the app don’t work. I got the wash pass because the car wash sucks so bad, you have to drive through it more than once. Not any more.

Paid for $16 service, didn’t get any the soap or wax. Only water came out out of the machine and doors didn’t open to exit had to back out.
