Won’t let you rent a car unless your insurance deductible is $500. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: I had a $1000 policy and could’ve easily provided proof that I could pay it. My car was in the shop across the street at ford. Ended up taking a taxi to Zanesville to get a rental.

Superior service! Johnny took the time to go over my contract with me, so I knew exactly what to do and expect. Even met the owner and he’s a super nice guy and down to earth. Forever customer!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. We were on a trip for my daughter’s softball team when our motor blew in our car. Luckily we were only about 10 minutes away from this place. I called them, they sent a driver out to us. He helped us move all our luggage and equipment, recommended a dealership to send our car to, drove me back to the car rental place so I could sign the paperwork and had me back to my husband who was waiting on the tow truck before the tow truck even got there. We even still made our daughter game before it started. Super friendly staff, good prices, and the vehicle was awesome! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Elizabeth was amazing! We needed a car bc our tow vehicle broke down while camping. She went above and beyond to help us. Then we ended up only needing the car a few hours. She gave us a discount. Excellent service! Highly recommend them.
