I was in a bind, car broke down on hwy 61 on a Sunday afternoon. Campbell's was assigned to get my car to the nearest dealership (1.5 hours away). My daughter and i were basically stranded, but they helped us out. The driver took us with him so we could find a rental car in Davenport, IA. They were great communicators, friendly and professional. I would recommend them if ever you're in a bind in the area.

Got my car back from them and they do an awesome job. They are the only body shop in this area that I used. When I got my car back the interior had been cleaned and the outside looked like it had been waxed. They take such good care of your car. If you need anything done to your car that is the place to go. Thanks again for making my car look like new.

My wife had our Subaru completely die in the middle of the intersection. I called Subaru Roadside Assistance and they were going to charge us $500 for a tow to the closest Subaru dealership. The police called Campbell's and they responded to the scene and very quickly determined that all that was wrong was a loose battery cable. They had her up and going within minutes and then would not even take any money for their time! We have had occasion to use Campbell's over the years and have always found them to be responsive, timely, economical, friendly and very helpful! I could not recommend them more highly! My thanks to Mikey and his team!!!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They lied about charging a storage fee, so the truck was towed to their place. Then when I called and spoke with the owner, she told me I should have called the next day and asked the same question again that I already got an answer to. Seemed as though she was blaming me for the misinformation I was given by her company and refused to budge on the charges. Next day, the bill went up. The tow fee that I was told would be $144, is now over $200. It's Thanksgiving week. Getting this settled with insurance, among other things is much more difficult right now and Cambells will continue to charge a storage fee, even though I could have easily had the truck put in my driveway initially, had they not lied to me about a storage fee. They are extremely crooked.

Best customer service around! Had a car problem they got me in right away and fixed it. They made me feel like they appreciated me as a customer and fixed my car issues perfectly! I will definitely go to Campbell’s next time I have car trouble. Other car dealerships etc. see a woman bringing a car in as a way to make extra money telling her a lot of things are wrong when they aren’t. Campbell’s didn’t do that, they fixed the problem and quickly for a fair price. I definitely recommend Campbell’s body shop for all your vehicle needs.
