My husband and I just bought our very first travel trailer. Our salesman Kevin asked us questions to help us decide exactly what we were looking for. He gave us a lot of great information and definitely a few things we hadn't thought about. We Also worked with Rebecca who was Very helpful and professional. they had a great selection, honestly it was hard to decide. For us it came down to wanting a bunkhouse. We love our new home on wheels and can't wait to use it.

COMPLETELY unethical and incompetent Service Dept! Avoid at ALL costs. Paid for a solar/lithium project; it never worked to power my microwave (my only request) and the list of things they did wrong Is endless. Basic things like using wire 8x too small and they wondered why the current wasn't being carried. Disnt seal the roof in all spots. Fuses too big thus a fire hazard. Inverter poorly installed and fell on top of the lithium batteries. Nothing attached correctly and after 2 months I gave up. Now they are inflating costs for what I owe them. Cost me over $4000 to recover from the inept job. BEWARE!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism at this establishment. I was initially told I would be contacted if leaks were found during my pressure test; instead, I was blindsided with a $253 charge for 'repairs needed to complete the test'—a cost I never authorized. ​When I questioned this, the service representative (Dewayne) misrepresented my concerns to the General Manager (Mr. Holden), claiming I simply 'didn't want to pay.' The situation worsened when Mr. Holden told me, 'You have an expensive RV and you should have money for maintenance.' This comment was incredibly unprofessional and classist, especially considering I was just returning to work after a three-month layoff. Kevin reached out via a phone call to introduce himself and answer our numerous questions after we expressed interest in the Grech RVs online. He then helped us find the exact right one for us, working with us each step of the way so we felt comfortable taking the leap! Ryan, the service technician, took all the time necessary to show us the ins and outs when we took delivery. We have been happy campers ever since!!

I brought my RV in for slide repair. The motors and tracks were worn out and needed replacing. I confirmed with them over the phone the type of RV and repair and they said they could handle it. I dropped it off on July 24th and it was Sept when they finally submitted an estimate tot he Warranty company. They were very hard to get a hold of during this time and would not return phone calls. They submitted estimate for >$13,000 and 70 hours of labor. The warranty company told them they were crazy. The RV was brought to another shop and the repair was done for <$3,000 and 6-8 hours of labor. They are either incompetent or trying to rip people off to have that big discrepancy in price. Either way don't trust this shop for your repairs.
