Campers Inn RV of Richmond Hill

We recently purchased a travel trailer from this location as they were at the Savannah Rv show. We saw the model we liked and purchased from them. The process was smooth and easy. Tony the GM made sure everything was properly taken care of. Amy the sales front desk person did a great job keeping our 4 yo daughter entertained by helping make copies of paperwork and such. A great buying experience. The walkthrough through person was also professional and was able to explain the features of the camper even only working there for a short time. Thanks!

My family purchased a fifth wheel camper from this Location back in March 2025. Before purchasing there were a crew things that needed to be repaired/owed to us and was told the Richmond Hill location would handle the repairs and things owed to us. We were owed the appearance package, vinyl and decal redone, and cutting board. Which was all signed and put in our paperwork for proof. We agreed to this and finished purchase. Since march our camper has not seen their shop. Richmondhill location has not complied at all with us at all since. No phone calls back, won’t answer phones, claim they haven’t received any of the parts needed, and are highly rude. They lied to us about having our parts, then were nasty and rude to me and my husband when we called. When trying to speak to someone at Tuck

This is the best place for RV service me and my family were visiting Creek Fire RV resort and my electric hitch stop working I pull up and was greeted with the best reception ever . I explained my problem with Ron Devane and June Gale at the front desk and without hesitation they addressed my issues and set up me with a wonderful tech name Shawn Hainline who went straight to the problem and replaced the fuse that was attached to the cable of the jack . Saved me hundreds of dollars and didn't charge me for their service. They are the best ever me and my family are always grateful. Thanks from Nathan, Ingrid and kids .......

Saturday afternoon 4:15 pm. Looking at camper vans. Not a soul comes out of the building except someone leaving. Like them, I am leaving.
