This shop was such a blessing! I was on my way to a job interview and had a flat tire without a spare on I-95. I'm not familiar with the area so I got lucky that AAA towed me here and they took great care of me. The entire staff was friendly and worked quickly to get me a new tire. They even gave me a box of cookies since I wouldn't have time to stop and eat on my way to the interview! I will definitely use this shop again if I'm in the area and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We broke down on I95 about 10 miles from this shop. Our car got towed here and they immediately took us in. We had been driving through the night to get to Florida and were so close when this happened. They were so kind to my family and I and did everything in their power to get us on the road as soon as they could. Although we had to spend the night, they provided such hospitality to us that it just made the whole situation so much better for us. They gave us a car to use to get to a hotel free of charge and continued to keep us updated throughout the process. I wish this type of auto care could be found by where I am from. They were a one of a kind business that provided exceptional care to our vehicle and my family.

5 stars aren't a high enough grade for this outstanding business. We had an incident on I-95 and Lee and crew went above and beyond to get us back on the road and to our destination. We thought we would only need 2 new tires but we also needed a tire rim and Lee worked very hard to find us one. We had to stay overnight in Richmond Hill and Chloe gave us a ride to our hotel and then picked us up the next morning for a ride back to pick up our car. We also felt the prices we were charged were very reasonable.

I can’t recommend Richmond Hill Auto Care enough! Recently, I had a flat tire that shredded to pieces. I first went to another auto shop to get a new tire put on, but afterward my car still felt extremely bumpy and I knew something wasn’t right. A friend referred me to Richmond Hill Auto Care, and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive and really listened to the issues I was experiencing. They explained the steps they were going to take to get to the root of the problem and gave me a clear timeline—which they stuck to. Once they diagnosed the issue, they called to let me know exactly what needed to be done: balancing all my tires, doing an alignment, and rotating the tires. I have been taking my 5 cars to Richmond Hill Auto Care for years now. The entire front office staff (Liz, Lee, Chloe and Jay) are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. They always fix your car the correct way and even stand by their service with a 3 year 36K mile warranty. What shop anywhere offers that?
