At January 29, during our road trip south to Florida, we experienced a frightening moment on I-95. While driving our Tesla Model Y, we suddenly heard a loud scraping and banging noise coming from underneath the car. It was alarming enough that we immediately turned on our hazard lights and carefully exited the highway at the next ramp. We pulled into a gas station, unsure of how serious the problem might be. My husband began calling nearby repair shops. After two said No, the third call was to H & L Tire and Auto Repair, and thankfully, they told us to bring the car in so they could take a look. I was especially worried because we drive an electric vehicle. Not every shop is comfortable working on a Tesla, and I was also concerned about potentially being overcharged since we were travele

We stopped here for a flat. They didn’t have the tire my car needed. They called around and found a shop that had it in stock because they understood we were traveling and wanted to be on our way. They did this voluntarily and offered the options before I even knew it was an issue. Excellent customer service and consideration.
