My nephew is Autistic. And he absolutely Loves flags. He watches on YouTube. His mama brought him to see this big American flag because he wanted to see it cause its HUGE he says. Anyway the owner told his mama he could come see it anytime. No judging or anything. He's 18yo. He was over the moon. Great people there. The owner made his day

I love this place! Even before we had a RV it was always a great experience!! The people are always friendly and helpful!! The show room is so much fun! It always gives me so much entertainment and amazement walking through and seeing how absolutely awesome and beautifully crafted the new and unique models are! It’s a great time to visit this place!! I feel like a kid in the candy store!!!!

Buyers beware! I flew from Fl to pick up an RV that I was told had been checked over and way near perfect, super clean, everything was great. During inspection they could not get the power turned on at first, the power to the unit had not been checked, but because of my expenses getting there i decided to continue. When checking the water and its heater, water began leaking from the heater tank across the floor, they hadn't checked the water heater. After this they brought me inside said the manager was in a meeting, took all day to tell me they would split the cost of the water heater. this was unacceptable as the price was negotiated made on claims the unit was in perfect working order, then was told they're would be no negotiation over price (i agreed 2k under asking) but they would cov

Purchased a Ozark 3190BHK from Camping World Akron at the Cleveland RV show. The price was better than any other dealer. It was a quick no hassle experience. They ordered me the unit I decided on and kept in communication throughout the process. When it arrived I went to the store to do the PDI with Brandon, who was very patient with my over an hour inspection. I had some manufacturing concerns and he fixed most of them. Minus a long wait, in their fully stocked waiting room, I had a very pleasant experience. Had the unit delivered a few weeks later and the delivery driver kept in contact from the time he left until he was pulling in to the campground. Have not had the unit long enough to review their warranty work but I hope it’s as seamless as the rest of the process.

I called this morning about setting up a time to come into to drive a Thor Eddie Bauer 21ft class C. I was told I would be able too. When we got there, we were told we would have to have negotiated a deal and agreed on numbers before we could drive it. When I relayed what I was told on the phone, they then indicated “too much snow”. I’m sorry…. Are you in the business to sell campers or not??? Would not go back to this location!!
