Helpful and courteous. Haley was super knowledgeable and helpful. She really knew her stuff! She made the long trip to Calera worth the drive and followed up with us diligently. I highly recommend her if you’re going in! I don’t feel I can give a five star since I have zero interactions with the service department.

I bought a brand new camper . And after purchasing it was shown a few things they were going to fix. Fast forward 8 months I have called and texted repeatedly for updates. Im have been promised call backs that day or next which never come. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They sell you this whole best service in the world spell thats just to get your signature then in to the next.

I would give negative stars if possible....Had a rv inspected here for another company. My advise, DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING MUCH LESS INSPECTIONS. We were guaranteed a 24 hour inspection then an offer from good sam. Well, come 72 hours later they still hadn't inspected it. Called the person I was working with at good sam and come to find out they had sent 4 messages to them to find out why the inspection wasn't done in the alloted time frame with NO answer from anyone. Finally they called this location (Calera) and spoke to the manager who said it would be completed by the end of the day. The next day I got an email from the good sam company stating they wouldn't buy my camper because it had failed the inspection. Buyer be aware! They DO NOT STAND behind their products! I bought a 2026 Coleman light from this place and the heater didn't work. Took it back and they said it was the mother board and they had to order it. Waited fire a call back, finally assist a month later I had to reach back out to them to see what was going on. Took the camper back in to get fixed. Thought everything was good, trusted that they fixed the issue. I have a medical condition which makes it's paramount that I have heat. Well come to find out in the mountains of Tennessee's the heater didn't work. It was 65 degrees with the heater on with only the fan running and the pilot light turning off and on. So I was interested in working with camping world and I met an employee named Grace and oh my God her kindness was astonishing and due to her kindness alone and her professionalism. I am giving five stars before I have even visited the lot. I say this because a family emergency happened and this Individual was kind, polite, and professional to me even rescheduled me twice. This is a good company and this is a good person.
