I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Camping World RV. I purchased a part that did not fit my RV and returned to the store the very next day. The item was completely unused and in its original packaging. Despite bringing it back within 24 hours, the store refused to accept the return. There was no attempt to offer a solution, no flexibility, and no effort to provide reasonable customer service. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior I encountered. When I explained the issue, the employee assisting me laughed. Being laughed at while trying to resolve a straightforward matter is unacceptable and highly disrespectful. Came in just looking at campers and we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk receptionist, who then called Dian the salesman. Extremely personable and very pleasant to work with. Asked all the right questions to find us what we were looking for. He did just that. Extremely happy with the service and his knowledge on finding us what we wanted. Thank you Dian for everything!

Today we stopped in to look into possibly purchasing a good used camper and our salesman Dian Howard showed myself and my husband many campers and we decided to purchase to our surprise a R pod not the camper that I came to look at. We purchased it at a great price and we think we are going to enjoy our camping trips together with our pups. NOW we can't wait to hitch up and tow along! Camping season can't come soon enough. Dian Howard was our Sales Associate at Camper World, and he certainly knows his stuff! From start to finish he answered every question we had with knowledge and the patience of a saint as this is our first Camper purchase! The new associate, Jack, was also very friendly and helpful with questions we had! The two of them made this first experience quick and easy. We highly recommend Dian and Jack!

Friendly service, attention to detail was very good. Pictures of the camper, posted on the website, were not all of the camper we were shown. There were no issues arising from that, but a disclaimer as to the fact would be more transparent.
