Camping World - Cocoa

Let’s just say camping world from The top down is terrible. I bought a camper for 84k this past summer. 90k if you add in the extra warranty. I was told it was new, never owned by anyone except a dealership they bought out. The first time I plugged it in the electrical didn’t work so I had to haul it back in. I had to assist the slide out in because it was pinching so bad it would not retract. I notified camping world of the issues. I got the electrical fixed, great they accomplished one thing and one thing only. That was the extent of their service and I still had to pay for that even with the extended service plan. Now I’ve had a camper at an rv resort for 4 months waiting for the slide out to be fixed so I can move it. After 3 months of being lied to camping world finally admitted that

Giving them a one star is what I had to do, since there was no option for zero stars. My daughter went to the dealership in Cocoa Beach and she found a camper she liked but she wasn’t going to make any decisions right then so the guy told her she could just leave a $500 deposit, totally reimbursable just to lock that specific camper. He said she had 30 days if she changes her mind. She told him she can’t afford loosing that money if she changes her mind. He assured her she wouldn’t loose that money. Well a week later she called them to tell them she changed her mind cause she found one much more affordable and they told her they couldn’t give her the money back. She even spoke to the manager crying asking her to please give her back the money, but she refused. They didn’t loose any money

Christine worked with us to get us in for service and also coordinated getting us back on the road faster than the estimated service time. Christine and the technicians were extremely helpful and did an amazing job! As a matter of fact, the entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
