Camping World - Hamburg

Just came home today with our travel camper. I have to say, everyone we came into contact with was pretty awesome. LUKE was our salesperson. Ask for him! We did not spend alot on the camper and he really worked hard for us. The amount of patience he had with me.. lol... I think i looked in every camper twice and it didn't matter to him if we were buying the most expensive camper or the cheapest. He followed right along with grace! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The finance manager went above and beyond to make sure our final sale was seamless and quick. Went there for my new travel trailer and I would definitely recommend going there if you're shopping for an RV. David my sales rep was there to help me throughout the process. He's very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I cannot say enough about everyone there and I've been to a few stores over the last few months. The entire staff there treats you like family, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

We really appreciated his help. Now, about the $1,495 Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)... personally, I feel it was a complete waste of my money. Camping World missed several issues, including some I pointed out before pickup. On our second trip with our new Dutchmen, we discovered a kink in the city water line that prevented water flow during our late-night setup. The first trip using tank/pump water went fine, but the 'city water' connection issue should have been caught during their $1,495.00 PDI. Never had an RV before. But I have had a handful of dealerships encounters this was by far the best dealerships experience. Naomi Brown was our sales representative. She absolutely crushed it I maybe spend 4 hours at the dealership and about 2 of them was driving to an off site location to look at an as is used camper. As someone who brought my wife and 2 small kids I can't express enough how amazing it was for the fast and expediant service. Also if you're a first timer like I am I encourage you to look for Naomi she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She often found that she was asking and answering questions for me that I would have had no idea to ask.
