Dustin in finance made the paperwork quick and easy — super knowledgeable and great to work with. Dan, the General Manager, personally checked in with us, which really showed how much they value their customers. Cody and James, the sales managers, were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. This team truly sets the bar high for customer service. Of the camping worlds we’ve visited this has been one of smallest locations. They’ve been less pushy and dealership feeling, but no one really seems like they are on the same page. Visited and purchased an RV, but the dealer we were working with had no idea about any of the finance papers and process when we came back to situate everything. Wish the process was smoother and easier to get moving right away, but looks like it’s going to take at least 2 weeks which is disappointing. Trying to get in contact with departments on the phone is a nightmare and transfer city. Mostly disappointing because they stated multiple times they would be in contact with us and gave dates, but we had to call them for all information and to see what was going on every time. I would feel much more satisfied if

salesman was awesome but the having to go back and forth to sales manager on everything and i mean everything huge waste of my time trying to get a few questions, then when i went ahead with the loan app i stated i did not need the camp ready package they still tried to add it in 1700+ dollars for a propane tank ( filled) a fire extinguisher, a cheap battery and a waste hose, add in the fee for them doing the paperwork,the electronic file of said paperwork they already charging me 280 to do the list goes on then when loan was approved they needed pay stubs BEFORE they could supposedly tell me what the payment and down payment would even be 120 mile drive to do that and just more delays i finally cancelled potential sale, i dont need the hassles nor feeling as if i am being totally ripped

Set up Saturday appointment - Melissa never showed up, wanted to trade a 2023 for an older model camper 2015 around 10 grand price- they would not budge on price. The camper was not worth 6grand. Sales man we ended up working with could not understand why we were trying to get an older model. We told him we did not want a payment. He came back with the exact sticker price even after we told him where we needed to be based on our finances. He just wasn't listening.

Just stopped by Camping World in Houghton Lake to have a loud compressor noise coming from our freezer looked at. The service department was awesome. A tech came out and found a loose wire touching a fan blade. He was able to diagnose and fix it within 15 minutes getting us back on the road quickly! We are so appreciative of their professional and knowledgeable staff!!
