Muffler Man

Preston/Sean/Mark are doing a great job keeping my winter beater going, they are all very patient and go out of the way by far to help me/ they have caught alot of things that I did NOT know was wrong with my old truck....I ask them to keep it running and that is what they do!! I greatly appreciate them all and I hope to see them grow the business and wish them the best!

They ran my battery dead after being told it had a draw, lied about replacing the replacement battery after running it dead as well. And they left open a brand new bottle of 75w gear lube leaking on its side my rear seat. (they weren't told to do any work involving gear lube) The entire franchise is a joke, they're called muffler man because a muffler is literally the only thing they can do right.

The staff is very helpful and polite. They're good at explaining things to people who don't understand. My favorite shop in town

Absolutely a great place to get your car serviced. They showed why they did what they did, and were understanding and patient while I asked questions. I can't wait to go to them again in the future!

Headed to northern Michigan camping with the family and my wheel bearing started acting up. They got us in quickly, got it fixed and got us on the road! Saved our trip! Awesome!
