I rarely take the time to do reviews After nearly three months, I still have not got my license plate. My sals man refuses to answer my calls,, or text messages. I had ask for a copy of the service inspection prior to delivery. And was told he would get it prior to delivery. It never happened. We were told twice that everything checked out. When we were on our way home the low coolant light came on. Turns out the thermostat housing was leaking. I let that go and repaired it myself. We never got a walk through at delivery. We ended up getting a RV mobile repair guy to come look at the AC and heat. Then we discovered the heater had been disconnected. Because the floor vents had been covered up with hard wood flooring. I would think that should have been disclosed. I would be careful with D

I drove 7-hours round trip to look at a Winnebago Travato 59GL and the RV I was there to test drive and potentially buy did not start. I had an appointment so I blame management for being unprepared. The salesperson was phenomenal but I watched her ask for assistance several times and no one in the front office or in the shop in the back responded. Finally a very nice salesman named David came to help her. I waited over 2hours and ultimately left without test driving it. I was also surprised to see how dirty the interior of the RV was and was told that they don’t clean them until after they’re sold. I will not return.

As far as it goes your company STOLE the money I paid for the clear coat because you NEVER did it! Proof is in the pictures. Finalized the sale at the end of June and took it to its permanent home. I haven't been able to get anything done until this past weekend. Water was connected this past Sunday and I have been staying in it this week. The kitchen drinking water line sprays water all under the cabinet and on top of the cabinet. The bathroom shower head leaks , one side of the table backet was hanging by one screw, the others were stripped (I bought the new mount and fixed that), the outdoor kitchen is filled with water from somewhere the past 3 days and the outside drawer is screwed into place, so I can’t even get to a shutoff valve if there is one under there. Faith, Casey, and John were friendly and more than accommodating and understanding of our unique situation and needs. Unfortunately our daughter found her “Perfect” camper at the Tennessee store. We've been on the hunt for something that will be a bit more helpful for the unique occupation my husband has. (He digs up dinosaurs and is developing several Mines across the US.) This means he's gone from home a lot and also finds himself in the middle of nowhere from time to time. He's usually sleeping in a tent or traveling several hours more to find a place to sleep for the night.
