Camping World RV Parts & Accessories - Anniston

The parts department is highly unhelpful and rude. We are trying to get a part for a window on our RV. We were told to get the serial number off the window and bring it in. I did and the young guy cut me off twice when I tried to explain what I needed. He then called the company and said I needed a knob which is not all that I needed. They made a joke about me trying to get the parts I needed. He then told me to come home take a picture because they had no idea what I needed. He was very very rude and talked down to me. I will never use them again and hope none of you have to.
