Camping World - Spring

Camping World was such a neat experience. The variety of RV’s they have there covers all kinds of needs. We fell in love with the Campsite Forest Reserve it fit our families needs perfectly. The whole staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Griffin and Patrick were top notch salesmen. They were not pushy whatsoever and followed our lead and showed us exactly what we asked for. They assured me they would take care of anything we needed. Every employee interaction was memorable you can tell everyone really enjoys their job. (The finance lady was so personable and sales manager was more than helpful with allll our needs) our hiccup was leaving our ball hitch was too small and thankfully Blair was there to make sure we left safely. Stephanie, Jobanni, Dwayne, and everybody I met up at this dealership was just so warm, welcoming and eager to help me out while I was there. Anything I ran into was taken care of quickly and courteously and I always felt in control of my deal. Thanks guys for staying late and getting me rolling safely home to my family. Update The further you get away from having a new purchase and especially when you're not very local in the area, you can tell the consistency with return calls or return emails really drops off. It shouldn't take several weeks to respond to an email for god sakes! I hope the service department and Sterling get's notified. Had to go back multiple times for several things though and my unit was not very well inspected before dilvery and it is new RV with 120K MSRP. Did not appreciate that had to just show up in person at one point to get some issues addressed that should have been taken care of before this things was even sold quite frankly. Bee trying to get ahold of Financial Manager and Service for several weeks and no reply. Do not go with the Insurance company they recommend! Went thr

2nd. review (came from the first one from 5 stars down to 2 stars) 3 months after I bought my first RV from Camping world at Springs Texas location: When I bought it from them, I had been told that every time that I need propane gas I can go over any Camping world and they'll give me the propane for free. So I said, for real? And seller said "you sure will sir!!! any time you need propane". Today I needed propane for my RV and went to get some "free propane" and they charged me 3,75 per gallon of propane. I paid 28,88. So when they tell you that something is going to be free at the time of the buy, you better get it in a paper or you'll be (you know what)...

Terrible Experience but a Blessing in Disguise My husband and I, along with our four children, visited Camping World excited to see an RV we were genuinely interested in purchasing. To our surprise, we were told that we had to pay in full just to view the RV, which is absolutely absurd. We already had our pre-approval and down payment ready to go, but the salesman sitting in the center of the lot, texting on his phone, simply said, “When you’re ready to buy, I’ll show you the inside.” That kind of treatment speaks volumes. We left immediately and went to Blue Compass RV the same day, where we were treated with respect and transparency. Within hours, we finalized everything and drove away with our 2026 Aurora QTS.
