Jeremy was fantastic and provided incredible service from start to finish! I had to buy my Jeep on somewhat of a tight time schedule and he made the process as easy and quick as possible. He even picked me up at the Rochester airport and got me off the lot with my new car in under an hour. A great experience overall.

I would not recommend. Bought a 2500 longhorn laramie and completely regret it. Sales men are slimy, financial is sleazy, and they will lie to get you out the door. They sold me the "best service plan" that has not covered anything. Recalled parts for years with no solutions. Rude and willing to leave you stranded woth no vehicle.

Everything was great with my car deal, until it wasn't. The finance office completely screwed up the tax in my state (Michigan) and charged me 8% instead of 6% on November 22nd, so now I have to follow up to attempt to get my $267.98 from them back. General Manager Zack promised a check for that amount along with a repair they were covering for me due to a check engine light coming on within hours after I bought the car (check for $342.69) would be overnighted to me either Monday or Tuesday at the latest. This car deal is over two weeks old and they still haven't made it right. General Manager Zack on Saturdayn 12/6 gives me his cell phone to which it always goes to voicemail and he never returned my call Monday or Tuesday. My goodness, why does it always happen to me. I went to parts department. The stragly guy Mike was nice at first, however he was joking loudly, rudely, and with foul language with svc mgr Reid at the other window. Apparently they had a higher priority going on. They left the room together. As I waited 15 minutes 2 more walkin cust were in line waiting phones were ringing over and over. Mike returned, he answered phone and ignored us. A salesman came in and budged to the front of the line and we all waited 5 or more minutes for Mike to provide sales guy with his parts. I asked for help on parts I needed, Mike said go to Myles Auto to get them (ironically he had a Myles Auto Parts hat on) . So i left, went to Ram dealer in Geneva and got everything I needed.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from them. I worked with Joel who accommodated me when I walked in without an appointment. The whole process was smooth and simple. At no point during the process did I feel pushed or pressured by anyone. I would definitely recommend this Canandaigua CDJR and would be happy to come back!
