I had an amazing experience with Candy Ford in Charlotte, MI! I scheduled an oil change for my Ford F‑150, and their customer service went above and beyond. They picked up my truck from my home and delivered it back to me once the service was complete — talk about convenience! The whole process was incredibly smooth, and the team was professional, friendly, and efficient. It’s rare these days to find a dealership that offers this level of personal service. Candy Ford has definitely earned my trust and my business. Highly recommend!

Candy ford provided the best service on my F250 King Ranch and replacing the rear shocks. They completed the service quickly without issues. The truck rides 100% Better now. Thanks team.

Got charged almost $2000 for a rebuilt alternator. Ridiculous. First, I tested the alternator prior and my charger with an alternator testing option indicated the alternator was fine. I believe the belt was worn. This is a 2017 Ford Edge. I have done some reconnaissance and the average cost to replace an alternator on a 2017 Ford Edge ranged from $700 to $1200. They charged $1,220 just for labor!!!!!!! From information I garnered, 2-3 hours labor. I am appalled. I will never go back to Candy Ford, nor would I ever recommend them. Used to love Candy Ford. Now, I won’t even give them a second thought. Ripoff..

My hubby had to order a dealership part last week from here and it still isn't in. What could be taking so long when parts stores get ordered parts in the same to next day?? Having one vehicle for 2 people working sucks. And when he called to ask where the part was they acted like they couldn't care less. I do not recommend

So luckily we're back in Florida. The van that we took to Michigan on vacation decided it did not want to take us back to Florida. So thankfully because of John Dykstra and Brandon Dykstra we were able to get back home. They worked very hard to get me in a car that would get and my family home to Florida. And they gave me an absolutely incredible price on this vehicle to get us back home. Thank you so much to both of you and to Candy Ford Inc. Now this awesome car has a new home here in Florida. I suggest if you're anywhere near Charlotte Michigan you buy your next car from them.
